Especially in the kitchen, Ciaciò enjoys creating combinations of colors and flavors, certainly, it's well known that the eye also wants its share.
"Ciaciò, what are you doing, spying on them?"
"But spying? Spying? I would never allow myself to do that!
I just sit nearby and watch them, but without being noticed. I’m very happy when I see them enjoying our dishes, then tasting a bit of wine, and then going back to eating.
I’m not interested in hearing what they say, I’m enchanted by watching them, as if they were dancing, and especially by their faces, their eyes, their mouths giving in to these moments of pleasure."
